Our BM2 group, which stands for Biological and Medical Big Data Mining, aims at using various AI techniques to address the omics data analysis, and facilitate their applications in tumor precision medicine. Currently our main research interests are (1). Developing novel methodology and algorithms for omics data analysis including single cell omics, pharmacogenomics data, immune-omics data and high-content CRISPR screening data etc, (2) Using AI and omics analysis technology to facilitate the application and translational study of tumor target recognition, drug development, personalized drug treatment, immune-oncology study etc. (3). Using AI and omics analysis technology to facilitate the application and translational study of optimized CRISPR editing system design and precise gene therapy.
